The old original classic Micro Machines 2 (Turbo Tournament) is by far widely regarded as the best Micro Machines game ever made and there are numerous reasons for that. If you are considering this game for a nostalgia hit I suggest just buy a Sega Megadrive on ebay or something, MMWS is barely anything more than an overpriced commercial for Nerf products.
